Biography
The pupil of Ust-Kamenogorsk hockey. He played for the teams “ Torpedo ” ( Ust-Kamenogorsk ), SKA ( Novosibirsk ), “Builder” ( Temirtau ). He began his coaching career in 1991 at the sports school “Torpedo” (Ust-Kamenogorsk). In 2000-2005 - coach of the Youth Sports School “Metallurg - 86” (Magnitogorsk).
From January 2009 to June 2012 - coach of HC Barys (Astana), from February 2009 - and. about. Barys head coach, with whom he made his way to the playoffs of the KHL championship. On April 1, 2009 he accepted the national team of Kazakhstan. Winner of the World Championship in Division I ( Vilnius , Lithuania ).
In June 2010, due to unsatisfactory results, the team in the national team of Kazakhstan and the club “Barys” was relocated from the post of head coach to the position of head coach.
