Petr Karlovich (Petr Leopold) Mikani (02/01/1871, Warsaw - Autumn 1918, Bolshevo ) - Russian architect and civil engineer of Polish origin, who worked in Moscow in the Art Nouveau style .

Biography
Born February 1, 1871 in Warsaw in the family of a music teacher. In 1885, the Mikini family moved to Moscow. From 1885 to 1890, P. K. Mikini studied at a real school at the Reformed Church , from where he transferred to the Moscow Real School , where in 1891 he graduated from the mechanical engineering department of graduation class VII [1] . In 1891 he entered the Institute of Civil Engineers , from which he graduated in 1896, after which he submitted documents to the Moscow Institute of Railway Engineers . Mikini often acted as a builder of buildings for projects and in collaboration with other architects. He was chairman of the Society for the Improvement of the village of Gorki. He owned an apartment building in Krivokolenny Lane . The fate of P. K. Mikini after 1909 is unknown [2] ; according to other sources, he died in 1918 [3] .

- Profitable house of F. N. Plevako , tiles of M. A. Vrubel (1905, Novinsky Boulevard , 18a), an object of cultural heritage of regional importance;
- The lucrative home of the Trinity Church on Gryazeh , together with L. L. Kravetsky , was built on by B. L. Topazov. The house is decorated with fabulous beasts by S. I. Vashkov (1908-1909, Chistoprudny Boulevard , 14, together with L. L. Kravetsky ), an object of cultural heritage of regional significance [5] .
