NGC 110 (another designation - OCL 300 ) is an open star cluster located in the constellation Cassiopeia at a distance of about 4207 light years from Earth [2] . It was discovered by the English astronomer John Herschel on October 29, 1831 [1] . This object is one of those listed in the original edition of the New General Catalog .

Features
NGC 110 is located in the north-eastern part of the constellation Cassiopeia, near the border with the constellation Cepheus . The cluster radius is 5.6 ', the core radius is 0.79' [2] . This is a fairly young cluster: its average age is estimated at approximately 900 million years. The cluster is located in the plane of the Galaxy , at a distance of about 9140 parsecs from the galactic center [3] .
