Vityaz (oil)

Vityaz is a grade (brand) of crude oil produced in Sakhalin. This light, low-sulfur oil is similar in quality to light crude oil from Oman . The Vityaz oil was named after the Vityaz production complex, under which the production of this oil was carried out at the first stage of the Sakhalin-2 project. Currently, Vityaz oil, produced from the Molikpak platform , is delivered via the Trans-Sakhalin pipeline system directly to the oil export terminal located in the south of Sakhalin Island .
