Musical keyboard - a set of keys of a musical instrument, which correspond to sounds of a certain height. The word key comes from the Latin clavis (literally - the key ); each letter denoting one or another sound on the monochord was called clavis , followed by a fixture in the form of a lever, with the help of which the desired tone on the monochord was obtained, they also began to call clavis or the key [1] . Musical instruments having a keyboard are classified as keyboard musical instruments .
The range of keyboards is different. Keyboards for fingers are available for instruments such as the piano, organ, harpsichord, celesta, synthesizer, as well as the button accordion, accordion and some other instruments.
