Biography
Born December 17, 1924 in Tiflis (now Tbilisi , Georgia ). Member of the Great Patriotic War since June 1944. The commander of the gun.
In 1947 - 1949 he studied by correspondence at the Faculty of Law of the Tbilisi Institute of Law.
In 1948 , after graduating from the Film Actors School at the Tbilisi Film Studio (now Georgia Film Studio), he became an actor in the Sukhumi drama theater . Member of the CPSU since 1966 .
Actor ( 1956 ) and director ( 1963 ) film studio " Georgia-film ".
In 1941, he played in his first film “In the Black Mountains”. In 1948, he played a small role in the cult film "Keto and Kote" . All-Union recognition Koberidze brought the role of the protagonist in the film "Bashi-Achuk" (1956). Total played more than 50 film roles [2] .
Actor of the Tbilisi Theater named after KA Marjanishvili .
Otar Leontievich Koberidze died on March 9, 2015 in Tbilisi ( Georgia ). Buried in the Didube pantheon .
