The People's Commissariat of Foreign and Internal Trade of the USSR is the central organ of state branch management in the USSR.
It was founded on November 18, 1925 by combining the USSR People’s Commissariat for Foreign Trade with the USSR People’s Commissariat for Internal Trade .
From November 18, 1925 to January 16, 1926, the People's Commissar of Foreign and Internal Trade of the USSR was Tsyurupa, Alexander Dmitrievich . Since January 16, 1926, the People's Commissar of Foreign and Internal Trade of the USSR was Lev Kamenev , on August 14, Anastas Mikoyan was replaced at this post.

On November 22, 1930, the People’s Commissariat of Foreign and Domestic Trade was reorganized: the People’s Commissariat of Foreign Trade of the USSR and the People’s Commissariat of Supply of the USSR were allocated from it.
