Distributed in Asia Minor , Iran , the Caucasus .
It grows on the slopes of mountains, in shrubs and in mountain meadows.
The stems are branched , 60-100 cm high.
The lower leaves are 6-7 cm long, 3-4 cm wide, oblong, deeply cordate, round-toothed, on the petioles ; upper stem oblong-ovate, almost sessile, serrate; apical bracts - oblong-lanceolate, whole-extreme.
The inflorescence is branched, 16-20- flowering ; bracts linear-lanceolate, 7β9 mm long; cup -bell-shaped calyx ; the corolla is pink or purple, the upper lip is oval, the lower is three-lobed.
The nut is oval, naked.
