Education
- 1977 - graduated from the History Department of the South Ossetian State Pedagogical Institute.
- 1977 - 1981 - studied at the graduate school of Moscow State University. M.V. Lomonosov .
- Since 1982 - Candidate of Historical Sciences .
- Since 1995 - Associate Professor .
Career

Since 1993 - teaches courses in historical disciplines at South Ossetian State University.

From 1998 to 2002 - Minister of Foreign Relations of the Republic of South Ossetia.
