Fiji took part in the 13 Summer Olympics . Having debuted at the Games in Melbourne in 1956 , the country participated in all the Summer Olympics, except the Games in Tokyo and in Moscow .

In total at the Summer Olympics, the country was represented by 55 men and 17 women who took part in boxing, cycling, judo, track and field, sailing, swimming, shooting, archery and weightlifting competitions. The largest delegation represented the country at the 1988 Olympics (23 people).
Fiji athletes participated 3 times in the Winter Olympics . At each of the three Winter Olympics, Fiji represented one athlete: at the Games in Calgary and in Lillehammer, it was Rusiat Rogojava , and at the Games in Salt Lake City, skier Lawrence Toms .
The only gold medal was won by the Rugby-7 team at the games in Rio de Janeiro .
