Guinea at the Olympics

Guinea participated in the 10th Summer Olympics . Having made its debut at the Games in Mexico City in 1968 , the country took part in all the Summer Olympic Games, except for the Games in Munich and Montreal . Altogether, 42 men and 9 women participated in boxing, freestyle wrestling, judo, athletics, swimming, taekwondo and football competitions at the Olympics. The largest delegation represented the country at its first Olympic Games of 1968 , in which the Guinean national football team (15 people) took part.
