Biography
Born in 1949 in Art. Assinovskaya of the Sunzhensky district of the Chechen-Ingush Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic .
In 1966 he graduated from vocational school-5 of Grozny .
In 1969 he graduated from evening school No. 2 of the city of Zugdidi, Georgian SSR.
In 1977 he graduated from the Moscow Institute of Steel and Alloys .
In 1986 he graduated from the graduate school of MISiS, candidate of economic sciences .
From 1966 to 1969 he worked as an electric-gas welder in the assembly department of Tbilisi .
He worked as the Executive Director of Oskol Electrometallurgical Plant OJSC .
From 2002 to 2003 he worked as the Executive Director of the Taganrog Metallurgical Plant .
From 2005 to 2007, he worked as the General Director of ORMETO-UUMZ OJSC.
