The administrative center is the village of Central .
History
The Central Village Council was formed by the decree of the All-Russian Central Executive Committee and the Council of People's Commissars of the RSFSR of December 24, 1918. It has been part of the Novokhopersky district of the Voronezh region since January 14, 1965. The Law of Voronezh Region dated November 12, 2004 No. 68-03 was granted the status of a rural settlement.
