Biography
He graduated from the Balakhna Vocational School (1943), the Naval Political College. Zhdanov (1950), one course of the Naval College of Fleet Mechanics (1947), naval faculty of the Naval Political Academy Lenin (1961).
Since 1950 - Secretary of the Komsomol committee. Since 1952 - the Communist Party. on destroyers;
since 1955 - deputy commander of the Grif escort ship on the political side;
since 1956 - deputy commander of the minesweeper division for political affairs;
since 1961 - deputy commander of the K-178 SSF SS in the political part;
since 1965 - senior inspector of the Political Directorate of the Pacific Fleet ;
since 1966 - head of the political department of the submarine division;
since 1972 - deputy chief of the political department of the Leningrad Naval Base ;
since 1976 - Member of the Military Council - Head of the Political Department of the 11th Submarine Flotilla in Gremikha ;
Since 1981 - 1st Deputy Head of the Political Administration of the Navy;
Since 1985 - Member of the Military Council - Head of the Political Administration of the Northern Fleet.

He was awarded the orders of the Red Banner (1964), World War I degree (1985), Red Star (1969), "For Service to the Homeland in the Armed Forces of the USSR" II, III art. (1982, 1975), "Badge of Honor" (1989), medals.
