Lyukshudya is a village in the Zavyalovsky district of Udmurtia , included in the Shaberdinsky rural settlement . Located 17 km north-west from the center of Izhevsk , 2 km from the river Izh . The village is the railway passenger and cargo station Lyukshudya belonging to the section Pibanshur-Alnashi, going through Izhevsk. In Lyukshudyi, a branch departs from him to Uwe and then to Kilmezu. To Izhevsk go electric trains Balezino-Izhevsk and Uva-1 - Izhevsk.

The village received its name from the station, which, in turn, was named after the village of Lyukshudia located nearby. The word "Lyukshudya" comes from the Udmurt language: the hatch is 'heap, heap', shud'ya - 'happiness, happy tribe'.

History
Lyukshudya originated near the railway station, which opened in 1915. In 1922, the Lukshudia station enters the newly formed Shabberda village council.
In 2004, by the decision of the State Council of the Udmurt Republic, the station and the village of Lyukshudia was transformed into the village of Lyukshudia [1] .
Economy and social sphere
A significant part of the inhabitants of the village serves the passenger and cargo station of Lukshudya and works in the Lyukshuda forestry enterprise, a branch of SE Udmurtlesprom.
In Lyukshudye there are the public educational institution “Lyukshuda’s basic comprehensive school”, MDOU “Lukshuda’s kindergarten”, a feldsher-midwife center, and a club.
