Biography
In 1955 he entered the Omsk Military Aviation School of Pilots. After his graduation in 1959 he served in the units of Long-Range Aviation as a right-wing pilot - assistant to the ship's commander and ship's commander.
Since 1967 - student of the command faculty of the Air Force Academy named after Yu. A. Gagarin .
After graduating from the academy in 1970, he commanded a detachment, squadron, regiment and division of strategic bombers .
After graduating from the Military Academy of the General Staff of the Armed Forces named after K.E. Voroshilov in 1984, he served as deputy commander of the 37th Military Aviation Command (CH) for combat training, commander of the 30th Military Aviation Command (1985-1989), first deputy commander of Long-Range Aviation Air Force
From November 1990 to November 1997 - Commander of the Long-Range Aviation of the Air Force.
After being transferred to the reserve in 1997, he worked as a consultant to the commander of Long-Range Aviation of the Air Force.
