J.V. Valvazor . Leaps in Slovenia (1689)
Uskoki ( Horv. Uskoci ) - refugees from among the southern Slavs , who crossed ( until now, galloping ) from the Ottoman Empire to the territory of Austria and the Venetian Republic .
The riders were famous for guerrilla action against the Ottomans in border areas , as well as piracy on the Adriatic . By nature, the movement of accelerators is close to nuts and sea clefs .
The most famous accelerators: Sensky accelerators - Senyanin Ivo , Senyanin Yurisha and Senyanin Tadiya ; accelerators of the Venice seaside and Klis - Bayo Pivlyanin . In addition, in Montenegro, in the region of Gorna Moraca, there was a special tribe of Hasteurs, part of the tribes of shotguns and moraches .
