Construction and service
Destroyer destroyer laid in the framework of the program for the construction of destroyers of the type "Falcon" for the Russian fleet. He served in the Baltic.
On September 16, 1906, the destroyer collided with the Salmon submarine, which received some damage from this collision.
"Striking" was a major overhaul of the building and rearmament in 1908 - 1909 in Helsingfos. In September 1910, in the skerries, ran aground, while receiving a hole in the underwater part. Mighty by the port ship Mighty and towed for repair to Porkkalaud. In 1913, it was reclassified to a messenger ship and was engaged in the provision of hydro-aviation flights, being part of the aviation department of the Communication Service of the Baltic Fleet. He participated in guarding the transportation of ciphers captured on the cruiser Magdeburg .
He took part in the February revolution. November 7, 1917 became part of the Red Baltic Fleet . On April 12, 1918, due to the impossibility of wiring in the ice, he was left in Helsingfors , where he was interned by the German command. Under the terms of the Brest Peace Treaty, he was returned to Russia in May 1918 and sent to the Volga via the Mariinsky Water System to join the Volga Military Flotilla. In 1919, it underwent repairs and became part of the Astrakhan-Caspian military flotilla. He participated in battles with the White Guards .
In April 1923, it was disarmed and handed over to the Baku military port for storage, and on November 21, 1925 it was expelled from the RKKF with the transfer of the State Funds for sale.
