Biography
In the 1960s, he was the leader of the neo-avant-gardist association Gruppo 63 , founded in 1963 in Solunto .
He was engaged in literary translation ( James Joyce , Molière , Shakespeare , Brecht and also Greek and Latin literature).
In 1979-1983 he was a member of the Chamber of Deputies in the Italian Parliament , elected as an independent candidate from the Italian Communist Party .
He was buried in his hometown in the cemetery of Staleno .
