Tender type 17 ( Tender type 1932 ) - the first Soviet 6-axis tender designed and built by the Lugansk Locomotive Plant since 1932 . With this tender, all FD series steam locomotives were operated starting from No. 2 (it was built in 1932). Since 1936, instead of this tender, PD locomotives were operated with 6P tenders.
