Johnson County is the county of Texas in the United States of America . For the year 2000, resided in it 126 811 people. According to the United States Census Bureau, in 2008 the county’s population was 153 630 people. [1] The district center is the city of Cliburn .

History
Johnson County Court
Johnson County was formed in 1854 from sections of Ellis , Hill, and Navarro counties.
Geography
According to the United States Census Bureau, Johnson County has an area of 1902 km², of which 1889 km² is land and 13 km² is water (0.68%).
