Born in Latvia in the vicinity of the city of Dvinsk (now Daugavpils ), in a family of farm laborers .

Biography
- 1910 - Apprentice in the acrobatic troupe of Novello.
- 1913 - Full member of the acrobatic troupe " Roman Gladiators " (with K. Sbyshevsky, later with J. Rosenberg).
- 1922 - Starts acting as a White Clown (partner Julius Morus ).
- 1924 - 1934 - Paired with comedian Eigen .
- 1934 - 1957 Partners for different periods become - Coco , Anatoly Dubino , Savely Crane , Evgeny Biryukov .
- 1957 completes the circus activity and leaves the arena .
- 1963 The book "White Clown" written by Roland is published in Riga .
Casimir Pluchs is still considered one of the best representatives of the circus genre "White Clown". Throughout his circus life, he participated in more than 130 clowns . And also wrote several dozen clowns and entres .
Rewards
On October 15, 1954, Kazimir Petrovich Pluchs was awarded the title of Honored Artist of the Latvian SSR for great achievements in the development of circus art.
