The administrative center is the village Vilovatoye . The village on the left bank of the river Samara in Bogatovsky district. It was founded at the end of the 18th century, 1878. The name is based on the nominal vilovaty in the meaning “developmental, divergent”, according to Dahl’s dictionary . So usually called Rostok rivers, forks.

Geography
Northern border: from the point of intersection of the administrative border of the Neftegorsky district and r.
