Description
βThe flag is a rectangular cloth of red color with a ratio of height to length of 2: 3, with a blue vertical wavy strip at the pole, separated from the main color of the panel by a thin vertical wavy white strip. On the red part of the banner are three white heraldic βstonesβ (two at the top, one at the bottom in the center). β
