Biography

A graduate of Uzbek football. He began his career in 2000 at the club of the highest Uzbek division " Kimyogar ", which in 2001 left the elite league. Having won a year in the second most important division in the country, in 2003 he moved to Russia. His first Russian club was Khimki , after which he moved to Anji . Since 2005 he was a player of Metallurg from Lipetsk. He played in this team until 2009. He started the next season at KFK, playing for Yelets , but in the middle of the season he moved to Ivan Tekstilshchik .

After the end of the 2011/12 season, Telegin lost the right to play in the second division for Tekstilshchik due to tightening of the rules for foreign players. Since he was played for the Olympic team of Uzbekistan, a football player has no right to play for the Russian national football team and in the Second Division, respectively . The club and the football player protested his disqualification. For a while, during the judicial showdown, Telegin played in the Wichug β€œ Co- Operator” to maintain his athletic form.

In 2013, he officially ended his career. He takes part in the competitions of the Lipetsk Amateur League [2] .
