T Plus Public Joint-Stock Company ( until June 2015 - Volzhskaya TGK OJSC ) is the largest Russian private company operating in the field of electric power and heat supply. It is part of the T Plus Group, previously called IES Holding. The group combines a number of generating, sales and repair and service assets.

PJSC T Plus provides a stable and uninterrupted power supply in 16 regions of Russia. The company's customers are more than 14 million individuals and more than 160 thousand legal entities. Headquartered in Samara , T Plus PJSC is the successor company of Volzhskaya TGK OJSC, established in 2005 as part of the RAO UES reform. In 2014, Volga TGC OJSC was joined by TGK-5 OJSC, TGK-6 OJSC, TGK-9 OJSC and Orenburg TGK OJSC. In 2015, at the annual general meeting of shareholders of the combined company, it was decided to change the name of the combined company to T Plus Public Joint Stock Company.

Owners and management

The authorized capital of the company is 44 billion 462 million 846 thousand 593 ordinary shares with a par value of 1 ruble. The main shareholder of T Plus is the Renova Group with a 65% stake.

The list of shareholders owning more than 5% of the authorized capital of T Plus as of December 31, 2016 includes: IES-Holding CJSC - 32.34%; Brookweed Trading Limited - 20.47%; T Plus Invest LLC - 7.16%. [2]

In 2017-2019, Denis Pasler was the Acting General Director of T Plus Group [3] . Since March 2019, the acting General Director of T Plus PJSC Andrey Wagner.

Activities

T Plus operates 59 power plants, more than 400 boiler houses and almost 15,000 kilometers of heating networks, which makes it possible to generate and transfer to consumers more than 100 million Gcal of heat and 50 billion kWh of electricity annually. The company, which is one of the world's largest heat producers, accounts for about 7% of the installed capacity of Russian power plants and about 10% of the country's district heating market.

The total electric power of the company's stations is 16.1 GW, of which 60% works in cogeneration mode, the heat capacity of the facilities is 60.5 thousand Gcal / hour. The share of natural gas in the fuel balance of the stations is about 94%, coal - 5%, fuel oil and peat - about 0.5% each.

Business Prospects

PJSC T Plus is implementing a large-scale program for the construction of new generating capacities in 10 regions of the Russian Federation. It includes 18 projects with a capacity of 10 to 460 MW, which must be completed before 2017. Of these, 15 facilities have already been commissioned. In total, under the T Plus investment program, it is planned to commission 3,200 MW of new capacity. The volume of the investment program is about 140 billion rubles. In September 2014, under the city of Orsk, Orenburg Region, construction began on one of the country's largest solar photovoltaic stations with a capacity of 25 MW. The commissioning is scheduled for the end of 2015. In 2014, a project was launched to modernize the thermal infrastructure and equip houses with individual heating units in the Kirovsky district of Perm. The total project cost is 2 billion rubles. It will cover 1137 objects, 138 thousand inhabitants. According to estimates, the reduction in heat consumption will be up to 20%. Heat losses will decrease on average by 18%, accident rate - by 14%.
