Petersburg Leaflet (1864-1918) is a St. Petersburg political, public, and literary newspaper founded by the brothers N. and A. Zarudny, who invited the writer A. S. Afanasyev-Chuzhbinsky as editor. [1] At the end of the same year, he refused to edit and was replaced by V. M. Sikevich, who already three months later gave way to I. A. Arsenyev .

Since 1867, after a series of trials of I. A. Arsenyev with employees and creditors, Petersburg Leaflet again passed to A. Zarudny. Soon the publication program expanded significantly - monthly literary applications began to appear. On August 1, 1868, A. A. Sokolov became the leader and publisher of Listka. From 1872 V.A. Vladimirsky became the tenant-publisher of the newspaper, inviting M.M. Stopanovsky (until half of 1877) and A. A. Sokolov (until 1884) to co- publish . In 1876 A.V. Vladimirsky became the sole owner of the newspaper, until 1884 A. Sokolov remained with him as co-publisher. After his departure, caused by the scandal, A.V. Vladimirsky remains the owner and publisher of the newspaper.
Since August 1868, the official editors were A. Suponev, A. Sokolov, P. A. Zarubin, and since 1886, N. A. Skrobotov. In 1876, Petersburg Leaflet received a third warning and was suspended for two months.
First, the newspaper was published four times a week, since 1871 - five times, and since 1882 - daily. Since August 1914, the publication was renamed the Petrograd Leaf. In 1917, the newspaper ceased to exist.
Significantly changed the face of the newspaper invited by A.V. Vladimirsky as an editor, critic A. A. Izmailov.
Among the newspaper’s employees and authors are Uncle Mityai [2] [3] (Dmitry Togolsky, sk. 1898 [4] ).
