Description

“The flag of the Tyukhtet region is a rectangular panel with a ratio of width to length 2: 3, divided obliquely from the shaft to the free edge of the white arc, curved upward, expanding from the shaft, into two stripes: the upper green and lower red in the ratio of the width of the shaft 1: 9 and at the free edge 3: 2, reproducing figures from the stamp: a yellow cedar paw emerging from the upper corner at the free edge, and in the red part a yellow elk shifted to the pole. ”

Justification of Symbols

The flag was developed on the basis of the coat of arms of the Tyukhtet region, where the language of heraldic symbols reflects the natural and geographical features of the region. Tyukhtet district is located in a taiga ecologically clean zone. Due to its remoteness from large industrial enterprises, it is famous for its natural wealth. The main figures of the flag are a yellow standing moose and a cedar branch with a cone, symbolizing the wealth of the flora and fauna of the area. Also, an elk is a symbol of endurance, independence, and a cedar is a symbol of greatness, longevity, strength.

The white arc symbolizes the Tyukhtenka River, which gave the name to the region.

Red color is a symbol of courage, dedication, beauty and life.

Green color - personifies nature, hope, health.

White color ( silver ) is a symbol of simplicity, perfection, wisdom, nobility, peace, and mutual cooperation.

Yellow color ( gold ) is a symbol of strength, wealth, stability.
