Private Media Group, Inc. ( ) is a pornographic film studio headed by Bert Milton Jr. , the son of the famous Swedish porn actor and director Milton Sr., a pioneer of the Swedish porn industry [1] .

History

In 1965, Milton Sr. founded the pornographic color magazine Private in Stockholm . In 1991, his son took over the company and moved with it to San Cugat del Valles , a suburb of Barcelona . Since then, the company began producing films for distribution on DVD and the Internet. In 1999, Private became the first pornographic company to be listed on the NASDAQ .

Products

As of 2009, the company issues four magazines with a total circulation of about 500,000 copies. per year [3] , owns four paid adult channels (Private Gold, Private Blue, Private Fantasy and Private Girls) and produces sex toys. By 2008, the company had released more than 1,200 porn films [3] .

In 2002, the company participated in an auction for the sale of Napster , but lost to Roxio . [4] [5]

Private created a whole system of labels for their products, almost all films are combined in a series by genre, direction, common to all films in the series director, etc.
