History
The status and boundaries of a rural settlement are established by the Law of the Voronezh Region dated December 2, 2004 No. 88-OZ “On Establishing Borders, Giving appropriate Status, Determining Administrative Centers of Municipalities of Gribanovsky, Kashirsky, Ostrogozhsky, Semiluksky, Talovsky, Khokholsky Districts and the City of Novovoronezh” [4 ] .
Law of the Voronezh region dated November 30, 2015 No. 163-OZ [5] , were transformed, by combining Kamenno-Stepnoye and Mikhinskoe rural settlements - in Kamenno-Stepnoye rural settlement with an administrative center in the village of the 2nd section of the Institute. Dokuchaev .
