History
Law of the Voronezh Region dated November 30, 2009 No. 145-OZ [2] , Zemlyanskoye, Malovereyskoye , Malopokrovskoye and Kazinskoye rural settlements were transformed by merging into Zemlyanskoye rural settlement with an administrative center in the village of Zemlyansk.
