Automated system of commercial electricity metering - provides commercial metering of electricity ( power ).
Commercial accounting of electric energy (power) is the process of measuring the amount of electric energy and determining the amount of power, collecting, storing, processing, transmitting the results of these measurements and generating, including by calculation, data on the amount of generated and consumed electric energy (power) for the purposes mutual settlements for the supplied electric energy and power, as well as for services related to the specified deliveries. Energy metering systems allow metering of electricity and heat consumption at residential, commercial and industrial facilities. Systems can take into account energy consumption at the level of a house, district, city, settlement with a single dispatch and financial centers.
System Functions
- Automatic collection of data for commercial metering of electricity consumption (supply) for each point (group) of metering at specified commercial intervals (according to the ATS OJSC - 30 minutes).
- Storage of accounting parameters in the database .
- Providing multi-tariff metering of electricity consumption (supply).
- Ensuring compliance with energy consumption limits .
- The output of the calculated parameters to the terminal and / or to the printing device at the request of the operator .
- Maintain a single system time with the ability to adjust it.
In the Republic of Belarus (according to TKP 308-2011) ASKUE - a system of hardware and software for the automated collection, transmission, processing, display and documentation of the process of generation, transmission and (or) consumption of electric energy (power) for a given set of spatially distributed points of their measurement owned by the facilities of the power supply organization or subscriber [2] .
