Geography
The village is located on the left bank of the Aksai river, opposite the center of the rural settlement - Shovkhal-Berdy , 10 km north-west of the district center - Nozhai-Yurt .
The nearest settlements are in the north - the village of Beshil-Irzu , in the east - the village of Shovkhal-Berdy , in the south - the village of Alleroy , in the south-west - the village of Turty-Khutor and in the north-west - the village of Gansolichu [4] .
History
In 1944, after the deportation of Chechens and Ingushes , and the abolition of the Chechen-Ingush Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic , the village of Devlatbi Khutor was renamed Childdub [5] and was inhabited by people from neighboring Dagestan [6] .
After the restoration of the Chechen-Ingush Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic , in 1958 its former name, Devlatbi Khutor, was returned to the settlement, and Dagestanis were resettled back to Dagestan.
