Legal Status
DOET is included in List I according to the Convention on Psychotropic Substances and the list of narcotic drugs , psychotropic substances and their precursors to be controlled in the Russian Federation. For the purposes of 228, 228.1, 229 and 229.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, 0.01 g (10 mg) is considered to be a significant size of the substance, 0.05 g (50 mg) as large, and 10 g as especially large [1] .
