The Republic of Haiti first participated in the Summer Olympics in 1924 in Paris , however, according to some sources, the first representative of Haiti at the Olympics is fencer Leon Tirselin , who participated in the sword and rapier competitions at the Olympics in Paris in 1900 . Haiti has never participated in the Winter Olympics .
