Description
“A rectangular blue cloth with a ratio of width to length 2: 3, bearing along the lower edge a green strip 1/6 of the width of the cloth and reproducing in the middle of the blue part close to the coat of arms of the rural settlement: three yellow pine trees, of which the middle one is higher and crowned with count a crown depicted in yellow, red, green and white. ”
Justification of Symbols
The flag is designed on the basis of the coat of arms of a rural settlement.
Yellow (gold) pines reflect the natural features of the area surrounded by pine forest. Trees symbolize natural wealth and ecological cleanliness. Pine - a symbol of longevity, stamina and strength of character. The image of the three pine trees embodies the traditions of friendship of peoples, good neighborliness, cooperation, the desire for creation and unity. In addition, the three pines resemble "Sh" - the title in the name of the administrative center of the rural settlement - Sheremetyevo.
The village of Sheremetyevo got its name from one of the representatives of the most famous ancient boyar family of the Sheremetevs in Russia, who acquired this land in the middle of the XVIII century (until 1920 - the village of Bogorodskoye-Sheremetevo). The Sheremetevs established here on an industrial scale the tannery, which made the village famous.
The relationship of the Sheremetyevo rural settlement and the Sheremetev family, which gave Russia many prominent figures, is reflected on the flag with a figure from the coat of arms of the clan of the Sheremetev counts - the golden count crown.
The green strip allegorically shows the natural wealth of the earth.
Yellow color (gold) is a symbol of wealth, stability, harvest, respect and intelligence.
White color (silver) is a symbol of purity, perfection, peace and mutual understanding.
Green is a symbol of nature, health, youth and vitality.
Blue color is a symbol of honor, nobility, spirituality, sublime aspirations.
