Biography

Phoebe was born and raised in France, in a family of Australians. In childhood, she was engaged in dancing, which determined her desire to create her own music. From an early age she was fond of the works of Tom Waits , Art of Noise , Ima Sumak , Nick Cave , etc. She became known to the public in 2004, becoming one of the vocalists of the Nouvelle Vague collective. Prior to that, Kildir collaborated with such notable electronic musicians as Zero dB (song “Sunshine Lazy”) and Basement Jaxx (song “Tonight”, Kish Kash album).
