The status and boundaries of a rural settlement are established by the Law of the Krasnodar Territory of September 16, 2004 No. 775-KZ “On Establishing the Borders of the Slavyansky District Municipality, Empowering it with the Status of a Municipal District, Establishing its Municipal Entities - Urban and Rural Settlements - and Establishing Their Borders” ^[4] .
