History
The Podgorno-Sinyukhinsky Village Council of Workers' Deputies of the Spokoinensky District of the Krasnodar Territory was formed in 1920 and since November 1920 has been part of the Otradnensky District of the Azov-Black Sea Territory .
From December 1934 - Podgorno-Sinyukhinsky Village Council of the Spokoinensky District of the Azov-Black Sea Territory, and since September 13, 1937 - Podgorno-Sinyukinsky Village Council as a part of the Spokoinensky District of the Krasnodar Region.
