She stole my voice

Rape of a woman by woman is often called “lesbian rape”, although the sexual orientation of the women involved in the crime can be different. Victims of “lesbian rape” are faced not only with the trauma of violence per se, but also with the absolutely unacceptable response of society to this crime. Such a crime is often considered impossible, or at least not as severe as male violence. Also, the victim of the crime is faced with the problem that her statement about what has happened will entail simultaneous recognition of her own sexual orientation , which until now could be a secret even for friends and relatives.

The film explores the issue of rape of women by women, including expert reviews, public opinion, analysis of the situation by representatives of the feminist movement and recognition of the victims of crimes themselves, silent for many years because of fear, ignoring or prosecution.
