Sergey Mikhailovich Gutnik (December 23, 1868, Belgorod-Dniester , Bessarabia , Russian Empire -?) - an influential Odessa financier, Ukrainian public and political figure of the era of the second Getman.

May 15, 1918 took part in the opening of a congress of representatives of industry, trade, finance and agriculture of Ukraine ( Protofis ). Before the meeting closed, he announced that he would find a loan for industry on a commercial basis, while he told industrialists that gold "will not flow into your pockets, but will fertilize the life of the entire Ukrainian people."
One of the active supporters of the economic war between Ukraine and Romania , as the latter arbitrarily occupied Bessarabia at the beginning of the year.
August 20, 1918 received special rights to regulate external trade. As the head of the delegation of representatives of the Ukrainian Power, he signed on her behalf on September 10, 1918, "An economic agreement between the Ukrainian Power on the one, and Germany and Austria-Hungary on the other, on the economic year 1918/1919."
