Biography
Vera Filatova was born in Khartsyzsk, Donetsk region, Ukraine, and later moved to the UK.
In 2006 she graduated from the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art .
In 2006, at the Russian Nights Theater, she played the role of Netochka Nezvanova in a solo performance of the same name based on the work of F. M. Dostoevsky [1] . In the future, she repeatedly played this role in other theaters [2] .
She made her film debut in 2007.
She starred in separate episodes of the series Ghosts (2007), The Last Detective (2007), Purely English Murder (2007), Wet Affairs Department (2009), Peep Show (2009), Poirot Agatha Christie ”(2010),“ Abyss ”(2010),“ Doctors ”(2011),“ Me and Mrs. Jones ”(2012),“ Cracanori ”(2013-2014) [3] [4] .
In 2009, entered the list of the sexiest rising stars of British cinema according to the magazine " Total Film " [5] .
In 2013, Vera directed, scripted and produced the film “ World Map ”.

Personal life
In May 2008, she married Italian architect Robin Monotti Graziadi . Raises a son Nicolas and daughter.

Nominations and Awards
In December 2006, the performance "Netochka Nezvanova" was awarded the diploma "Theater of High Literature" at the St. Petersburg festival of the independent theater "Christmas Parade" [11] . He was also successfully shown in London, took part in the Edinburgh Festival.
