Hugo IV (1293/96 - October 10, 1359 , Nicosia ) - king of Jerusalem and Cyprus (in fact, at that time Jerusalem was under Muslim rule). The eldest son of the Cyprus constable Guy de Lusignan , son of King Hugo III , and Yeshiva d'Ibelin , Madame Beirut .

The connetable of Cyprus since 1318, the king of Cyprus since March 31, 1324, was crowned in the Hagia Sophia in Nicosia on April 15, 1324. As the King of Jerusalem (1324-1359) was crowned in the Cathedral of St. Nicholas in Famagusta on May 13, 1324.
In November in 1358, he voluntarily abdicated in favor of his son Pierre .
Family
He was married twice:
- From 1307 to 1310 at Maria d'Ibelin (1294–1318);
- From June 18, 1318 on Alice d'Ibelin (died after August 6, 1386), the daughter of Guy d'Ibelin , Lord Nicosia, and Isabella d'Ibelin , in this marriage he had 8 children:
- Guy de Lusignan (1315/16 - until September 24, 1343), the horse of Cyprus from 1336/8, the nominal prince of Galilee , married to Marie de Bourbon . He died before his father.
- Eshiva de Lusignan (1322-24 - died of the plague 1363), married to the Infant Fernando Mallorca, Count d'Omela (III / IV.1317 - c. 1343/47)

- Margarita de Lusignan (d. After 1373); in 1347/49 she married Gauthier de Dampier-sur-Salon, Seneschal of Cyprus.
