Mali participated in the 13th Summer Olympics . She made her debut at the Games in Tokyo in 1964 and since then has participated in all the Summer Games, except for the boycotted Games in Montreal in 1976 . Mali did not participate in the Winter Olympics . Athletes of this country have never won Olympic medals .
