Lupra ( Fin. Lupra ) - a former Finnish village in the Priozersky district of the Leningrad region , was located about 3 km northwest of the modern village of Slavyanka [1] . After inclusion in the USSR, it also bore the names Upper Gorki (the result of the renaming of 1948 [2] ) and Gorky [3] .

Lupra consisted of 4 parts [3] , the inhabitants were mainly engaged in animal husbandry, donating milk and piglets to the reception center of the Sakkola station ( Gromovo ).
Currently, only one Finnish house has been preserved. The nearest town is Sapernoe ( Fin. Valkjärvi ). Nearby is the picturesque lake Lupranjärvi ( Fin. Lupranjärvi ) with a small island.
