DHL Express is currently sharing its renowned brand, DHL , with other Deutsche Post divisions such as DHL Global Forwarding and .

Since February 2009, DHL Express Service has ceased to provide services for domestic operations in the United States. However, the company's international shipping services are still popular, for example, to Iraq.

Today, DHL is the leader in the Russian express delivery market, overtaking its closest competitors by more than two times: 24% of the market with DHL , 12% with DPD , 11% with Pony Express , 8% with SPSR Express , etc. . [6] . 150 offices of the company operate in more than 120 cities of the country, serving more than 5,000 settlements in the Russian Federation; DHL's fleet in Russia is about 940 units [7] . DHL's central office in Russia is located in Moscow , where one of the company's main sorting centers in Russia is located. The second major shipping center is located in the south of Moscow. DHL is the only express operator capable of transporting up to 32 tons of cargo from Russia to Europe daily using its own charter flights [7] . 6 days a week on the route Moscow- Leipzig- Moscow Tupolev-204S flies; 5 days a week from St. Petersburg to Helsinki and back Antonov-26 follows [7] . In addition to its own flights, delivery is also carried out by international airlines with which DHL has long-term partnerships: 15 daily flights are used to deliver goods to Russia and 25 for delivering goods from Russia [7] .

Since April 12, 2010, due to the tightening of the requirements of customs authorities for accompanying documentation, DHL has stopped accepting and delivering goods to individuals from abroad to Russia (with the exception of delivery from some online stores, the list of which was not disclosed). This restriction does not apply to the delivery of documents [8] .
