Novonikolaevskoe village settlement is a municipality in the Kalininsky district of the Krasnodar Territory of the Russian Federation .

The administrative center is the village of Novonikolaevskaya .

Content

Geography

The climate is temperate continental with mild winters and hot summers. Winter is short with frequent thaws and unstable snow cover. The average January temperature is −2, −3 degrees. Summer is long, hot, the period with temperatures above +10 degrees lasts more than 190 days. The average July temperature is + 23, + 24 degrees, the maximum temperature reaches + 41, + 42 degrees. Annual precipitation is about 550 mm.

All vegetation can be divided into two groups: 1 steppe, 2 smooth. There is very little wild steppe vegetation, since the fields are plowed and occupied with agricultural crops. The flooded vegetation is better preserved. Closer to the shore, a cattail broad-leaved, a cattail narrow-leaved, and reed grows. It is also found in sedges and reed beds. And non-flooded places have a vegetative cover characteristic of a grass and grass degree.

The animal world is more diverse. Here you can meet a boar, a fox, a raccoon dog.

History

The status and boundaries of a rural settlement are established by the Law of the Krasnodar Territory dated May 5, 2004 No. 703-KZ “On Establishing the Borders of the Kalininsky District Municipal Formation, Empowering It with the Status of a Municipal District, Establishing Municipal Formations — Rural Settlements — and Establishing their Borders” ^{[3 ]} .
