Biography
In 1887 he graduated from the Institute of Civil Engineers in St. Petersburg with the title of Civil Engineer. Sent to the Yenisei province . From 1888 to 1890 - city architect of the city of Krasnoyarsk . From 1890 to 1909 - provincial architect.
Main works in Krasnoyarsk: teacher seminary, corner building of the city hospital (Veynbaum St.), residential buildings and estates in Krasnoyarsk. He built the building of a theological seminary and the Bishop’s house in Krasnoyarsk (Gorky St.).
In the Yenisei province, he built bridges and dams, built and reconstructed churches. In particular, according to the Folbaum project, in 1900-1901 the Ust-Yesinskaya Evdokia Church in Minusinsk Uyezd was rebuilt (demolished in 1956).
In 1909, he was appointed official of special assignments for the technical part at the Moscow mayor. Built a cinema Khanzhonkova (rebuilt, Triumfalnaya sq ., 2). In 1926 he worked at Mosgubplan.
