Supernature - the third studio album by British duo Goldfrapp , released on August 17, 2005 , the disc was favorably received by critics. The album marked a change in the direction of the musical style of the group, which occurred under the influence of singer Donna Summer and the group New Order [11] .

In September 2005, the album reached second place in the UK Albums Chart [12] . In 2007, “Ooh La La” was nominated for a Grammy in the category “Best Dance Record”. In January 2006, the album went platinum in the UK, and by 2007 it sold over a million copies worldwide. The album cover, created by photographer Ross Kirton, in 2005 was awarded 8th place in the list of the best covers of musical works [13] .
