Estonian Football Union ( Estonian Eesti Jalgpalli Liit ) is an organization that supervises and controls football in Estonia . Located in Tallinn . EFS was founded in 1921 , a member of FIFA since 1923 , and UEFA since 1992 . Restored in 1992. The Union organizes and manages national football teams, including the main national team . Under the auspices of the Union, competitions are held in Meistrilig , Esilig , Estonian Cup and Estonian Super Cup .
